Mind Sprouts Operations

Repeat a batch: open the product, click Repeat batch on the last order. It copies sets, cost and deposit terms, starts at Planned, and creates fresh deposit and balance payments. Then enter the new planned dates.
New SKU: Products → Add product, then Shipping → Add rate for each destination, then New batch.
As it moves: change the stage, enter supplier-confirmed dates when the supplier commits, and actual dates when things happen. Forecast edits never touch actual dates.
Payments: type the amount paid as money goes out. Partial amounts show as Partially paid with the remaining balance.
When it's done: set the stage to Closed and click Archive . The batch drops off the dashboard and its history stays.
Before big changes: download a JSON backup.
